An online survey has named Kate Middleton the Queen of High Street Fashion.

The Duchess of Cambridge became an instant fashion icon following her royal wedding in April this year, when she wore an Alexander McQueen dress.

According to reports, the Reiss dress she wore to meet the Obamas caused the fashion retailer's website to crash with an overload of demand.
